Quotes and Invoices can be exported to Excel and CSV formats, as well as complete JSON objects when accessed via the Sonderplan REST API. Currently only single invoices can be exported using the Extended template #### Xero Manual Import This Excel file can be used to manually import invoices created in Sonderplan to Xero. Before importing the file into Xero * Enter the relevant account code in **AccountCode** as it displays in the chart of accounts. * Enter the tax rate display name in **TaxType** as it displays in tax settings, *eg GST on Income* * Google *"Xero Import Customer Invoices"* to find the official Xero help documentation on importing invoices To automatically sync invoices between Sonderplan and Xero, you can create an integration with our [Zapier connector](/en/admin/zapier).
