Create bookings that recur automatically based on a defined schedule, useful for regular meetings, resource reservations, or any recurring work pattern
When editing repeat bookings, only the properties that are changed are applied during the save. This ensures that changes made to individual bookings in a series are preserved, while still allowing shared changes to be applied across the group. For example, if you move a single booking in the series to a new day and save that change for only that booking, its date will become independent from the rest of the series. Later, if you update the name of the booking and apply that change to all repeat bookings, only the name will update—not the date of the one you previously moved.
When deleting a booking that is part of a repeating series, Sonderplan provides flexible options to help you manage exactly which bookings are removed.
Upon clicking Delete, you’ll be presented with three choices:
Delete only this booking - Removes just the selected booking from the series. The rest of the repeat series remains unchanged.
Delete this & future repeats - Deletes the selected booking and all future occurrences in the series, starting from the one you selected. Earlier instances will be preserved.
Delete all repeats - Permanently deletes the entire repeat series, including past, present, and future bookings.
